About the Product
Each capsule contains Vitamin C (400 mg), Vitamin B12 (250 µg), Vitamin B6 (8 mg), Magnesium (200 mg), Zinc (12 mg), Vitamin D3 (15 µg), Selenium (55 µg) and Vitamin E (150 mg). Other ingredients: HPMC capsule shell, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate. See the full composition page.
The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), which is plant-derived. However, Vitamin D3 in this formulation is derived from lanolin (sheep's wool). It is suitable for vegetarians but not vegans.
The formula does not contain gluten, soy, dairy, nuts or shellfish as ingredients. However, it is manufactured in a facility that may handle a range of ingredients. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.
Each pack contains 90 capsules. At the recommended dose of one capsule per day, this provides a 90-day supply.
Taking the Supplement
Take one capsule daily with a full glass of water, preferably during or just after a meal. Do not exceed one capsule per day. If you miss a day, continue as normal the following day - do not double up.

Yes. You can cancel your order at no charge before it is dispatched - simply let us know during the confirmation call or contact us by email. After delivery, you have 14 calendar days to return an unopened item. Opened packaging cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons. See our returns policy for full details.
